Since we have started using RKC Logistics in late 2018 for all our shipments from one manufacturer, we have had no issues with pick-ups of live loads or drop trailer shipments getting handled in a timely manner. These loads have been covered early and picked up on time. This is a huge difference from the previous 3PL that we used. The consistency at the delivery end of each load is excellent. The trucks are almost always on site when promised, but if there is a delay RKC tells us immediately.
